Video Consultation & Viewing Policy

At SónChiraiya, our video consultations are designed as private, appointment-based viewing sessions for clients who wish to explore our sarees, textiles, custom possibilities, and design direction in a more personal format.

As many of the pieces, references, and details shown during these consultations are exclusive to the brand, we request that each appointment be attended with respect for the privacy and creative integrity of the work being shared.

All video consultations are intended strictly for personal viewing and purchase consideration.

To protect the originality and exclusivity of our work, we do not permit:
• screenshots during the call
• screen recordings
• photography or video capture of the consultation
• saving, forwarding, circulating, or sharing any visual/material shown during the appointment

This applies to, but is not limited to:
• sarees and textile previews
• drapes and styling demonstrations
• close-up craftsmanship details
• zari, weave and fabric references
• custom discussions, concepts, colour stories and design direction

For a smoother and more personal interaction, we prefer clients to keep their camera on during the consultation, especially during detailed or exclusive viewings.
SónChiraiya reserves the right to limit the pieces shown, pause, reschedule, or discontinue a consultation if the call format appears unsuitable, anonymous, or uncomfortable for our team.

Any design direction, motif references, styling suggestions, draping ideas, textile development discussions, or visual concepts shared during the consultation remain the creative and intellectual property of SónChiraiya, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In the event of any misuse, unauthorised recording, screenshotting, copying, reproduction, or circulation of consultation material, SónChiraiya reserves the right to:
• decline future consultations
• refuse custom or made-to-order services
• restrict access to private previews, launches, or appointments
• take appropriate protective or legal action where required

As a design-sensitive and couture-led brand, SónChiraiya may exercise discretion in the manner and extent of what is shown during a consultation, depending on:
• appointment format
• privacy comfort
• seriousness of inquiry
• exclusivity of the pieces being presented

By booking or attending a SónChiraiya video consultation, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms.
