Shipping Policy

Once an order is confirmed and full payment is received, it is typically processed and dispatched within 48 working hours. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
● Within India: Orders generally reach customers within 5–7 working days after dispatch.
● International Orders: Delivery usually takes 10–15 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Please note that these timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier service delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Certain items such as custom sarees, blouse embroidery, and border embroidery work require additional time due to their handcrafted nature.
Estimated timelines:
● Blouse / Border Embroidery: 6–8 weeks
● Custom Sarees: Approximately 3–4 months
Customers are encouraged to confirm production timelines with our Customer Executive before placing an order for custom pieces.

For all international shipments, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are beyond the control of SónChiraiya.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the courier service. SónChiraiya cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other external factors.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including the correct address and contact number. If incorrect information leads to delivery failure, additional shipping charges for re-delivery may apply.
