Due to the handcrafted and exclusive nature of our products, SónChiraiya follows a strict final sale policy.
Final Sale
All purchases made through the SónChiraiya website are considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or monetary refunds once a product has been purchased.
Additionally, items purchased during:
● Sales
● Promotional events
● Exhibitions
● Trunk shows
● Discounted offers
are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable
Manufacturing Defect Claims
In the rare event that a customer believes they have received a product with a manufacturing defect, the following process must be followed:
1. A clear and continuous unboxing video must be recorded while opening the package.
2. The video must be submitted to SónChiraiya within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be considered.
All defect claims are subject to internal review and verification by the SónChiraiya team.
If a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, the resolution will be provided solely at the discretion of SónChiraiya, which may include:
● Issuing store credit, or
● Providing a replacement product, if available.
Refund Policy
SónChiraiya does not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances.
Approved claims will be resolved only through store credit or replacement, depending on availability.
Store Credit Terms
If store credit is issued:
● It will be non-transferable.
● It cannot be converted into cash.
● It may have a validity period, which will be communicated at the time of issuance.
● Store credit cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly specified.
Return Shipping
In exceptional cases where a return is approved, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
