All SónChiraiya products are handcrafted using real gold zari and traditional weaving techniques. Because of the artisanal process, slight variations may occur in:
● Weave
● Texture
● Motif placement
● Zari tone
● Fabric finish

These variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects.

Actual product colours may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, photography, or screen display settings. Such variations are not considered valid grounds for return, refund, or exchange.

Once an invoice has been generated, the order cannot be modified, cancelled, or partially changed.
For made-to-order or custom embroidery products, cancellations are not permitted once production has started.
SónChiraiya reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
● Pricing errors
● Product unavailability
● Technical issues
● Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, the liability of SónChiraiya will be limited to refund of the amount received from the customer.

Customers are responsible for following proper care instructions. Damage caused due to improper washing, ironing, storage, or handling will not be treated as a manufacturing defect.

SónChiraiya reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue communication in cases involving abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour.

All designs, images, product descriptions, and website content belong exclusively to SónChiraiya and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, copying, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

SónChiraiya reserves the right to modify policies, correct pricing errors, withdraw offers, or refuse claims at its sole discretion without prior notice.

All legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan, India.
